High Pressure Chemical Cleaning

Musty air. Weak cooling. It's what's inside.

Rinsing the filter only cleans the surface. The real build-up sits deep in the coil and blower. We open the unit and flush it out with chemical and high pressure water — so you get clean, properly cold air back today.

Signs you need it

Sound familiar?

  • A musty, sour or mouldy smell when it switches on
  • Weak airflow, even on the highest fan setting
  • Your electricity bill is up but the room isn't as cold
  • Black spots on the blower (the drum that spins)
  • The kids keep sneezing or getting colds in that room
  • No proper deep clean in the last 6 months
What we do

A proper deep clean.

  • Wrap the unit in a wash bag to protect walls & floor
  • Remove the cover and filter, open up the blower
  • Apply chemical to the coil to break down the grime
  • Pressure-wash the coil & blower clean
  • Clean the drain tray and flush the drain line
  • Test the outlet temperature & send you after photos

Common questions

How long does it take?

Around an hour per wall-mounted unit, depending on how dirty it is and where it's installed.

Will it make a mess?

No. The wash bag wraps the unit and channels the dirty water into a bucket, and we cover the floor before we start.

Is the chemical safe?

Yes. It's completely rinsed out with high pressure water before the aircon is switched back on.

How often should I book it?

For bedrooms used every night, most households do it every 6 months.
