Cleaning can improve heat transfer where dirt is restricting it. Water-flow or building-supply problems need a different investigation. Strainer, valve, venting, balancing or building-control work is not automatically included; any such task needs an agreed responsibility and safe isolation arrangement. This service does not cover central chiller-plant maintenance.
Installation and replacement are assessed for the unit and building. The quote separates equipment supply from fitting and identifies the agreed lifting, mounting, access, duct connections, water-pipe interfaces, insulation, controls, electrical work, drainage and testing. Existing connections need suitability checks before reuse.
The standard commercial split-system installation schedule does not price this water-connected work. Building management must agree any shared-system isolation, shutdown and restart responsibilities, as well as access and reinstatement work.
