One faulty office unit and several dusty airconds need different attention. Get a clear plan for the repair and cleaning each unit needs, with per-unit prices and the booking total explained.
Our wall-mounted aircond service covers standalone splits across Kuala Lumpur and all areas of Selangor. If your indoor units share a VRV/VRF circuit, use the connected-system page.
For cooling loss, repeated errors or leaks, diagnosis starts from RM88; this is not a repair price. Before booking, we explain the diagnostic charge, what you pay if you choose not to repair, and whether that charge is separate or credited in the repair quote.
For eligible wall-mounted units; model and HP are checked before booking, so these are not all-size rates. Five or more units need a quote. General cleaning covers filters, casing and accessible surfaces, drainage and cooling checks, plus an outdoor visual check where safely accessible. Deep coil washing, full blower dismantling and outdoor washing are separate.

Routine accessible drain clearance included in the agreed clean is not a second drainage-unblocking charge. If a blockage needs work beyond that cleaning, we explain the extra work and price first.
The main indoor unit stays mounted while accessible coil and blower areas receive deeper washing, with wash-water collection, rinsing and drainage checks.

For heavy buildup that cannot be reached adequately in place. We check model, HP and access eligibility and explain which indoor components will be removed, cleaned and reassembled. These are not universal all-size rates. Gas, parts and repairs are separate.

For a standard wall-mounted installation, use its own listed inclusions and extras. Separately scoped commercial work uses this menu only when identified in the quote. We state the selected menu, task, quantity, charging basis, supply and fitting inclusions, and total. The same gas, parts or installation task is not charged under both menus.

For separately scoped commercial tasks, not automatic additions to standard wall installation. We identify the applicable menu, item quantity, charging basis, supply/fitting inclusions and total. Standard wall installation keeps its own listed extras. Where tasks overlap, the same work is priced once.
The RM120–RM180 gas entry is not an automatic alternative to standalone gas work or a chemical-cleaning add-on; its applicability and charging basis need confirmation. The RM2,500 compressor entry concerns commercial compressor repair, a different context from the residential compressor-replacement estimate. Neither entry establishes a parts-and-labour total without the job details.
Keep repairs, cleaning and installation items clear in the quote. A mixed office booking should explain what each unit needs and how the total is calculated, rather than treat every aircond as the same job.
